Refund Policy

Simple. Fair. Nurse-Friendly.

At NPBoardPass, we care deeply about your success — and your peace of mind.

We understand that preparing for boards can be stressful and that circumstances sometimes change.

That’s why we’ve created a transparent, fair refund policy designed with nurses in mind.

We want every learner to feel confident that their investment in NPBoardPass is protected and handled with integrity.

Eligibility for a Refund

You can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase if you meet the following criteria:

  1. You’ve accessed less than 20% of your total purchased content (question bank, mock exams, lessons, or modules).
  2. Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours from your purchase date.
  3. You provide the email address and order number associated with your NPBoardPass account.

This ensures that we can process your request quickly and fairly while maintaining the integrity of our platform.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at support@npboardpass.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email used at purchase
  • The date of purchase
  • A short note explaining the reason for your request (optional — helps us improve!)

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm your eligibility.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds apply only to initial purchases made directly through NPBoardPass.com.
  • If you’ve used more than 20% of your study materials, started a mock exam, or downloaded restricted resources, your purchase is considered activated and no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If you purchased through a third-party provider or reseller, please contact them directly for their specific refund procedures.
  • Any renewals, extensions, or upgrades are non-refundable once activated.

We’re always happy to work with you to find an alternative solution, such as extending your access or transferring your plan to a different NP track (FNP, PMHNP, AGPCNP, or Pediatric NP).

If You’re Not Satisfied

Our goal isn’t just to sell a course — it’s to help you pass your boards and feel confident in practice.

If you’re unsatisfied or struggling with your prep, reach out to us first.

We’ll do our best to:

  • Review your study progress,
  • Suggest a better study plan, or
  • Offer additional time or support at no extra cost (depending on your plan).

We believe in fairness, flexibility, and helping nurses succeed — not fine print.

Our Commitment to You

At NPBoardPass, we hold ourselves to the same ethical standards that guide nursing: honesty, accountability, and compassion.

When you invest in us, we invest in you.

Our refund policy reflects that — simple, transparent, and respectful of your effort, time, and trust.

Because your journey matters, and your trust means everything to us.
