What Our Pass Guarantee Includes
If you complete your NPBoardPass program and do not pass your AANP or ANCC certification exam, you’ll receive:
A Free 3-Month Extension
You’ll get an additional three months of full access to your course materials, mock exams, and all updates — at no extra cost.
This gives you more time, more practice, and more confidence to succeed on your next attempt.
Refund Policy Related to the Guarantee
Please note:
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
After this 24-hour window, all purchases are non-refundable, even under the Pass Guarantee policy.
This allows us to protect course integrity while still ensuring that every learner receives the support they need through extended access and personalized assistance.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee Extension, you must meet the following conditions:
- Plan Type: You must have purchased a Pro or Premium plan. (Basic plan users are not eligible.)
- Completion Requirement: You have completed at least 80% of your question bank and at least one full-length mock exam before taking the real test.
- Official Proof: You must provide a copy of your official AANP or ANCC score report showing that you did not pass.
- Timeframe: You must submit your Pass Guarantee request within 30 days of receiving your exam results.
- Purchase Source: The purchase must have been made directly through NPBoardPass.com.
How to Request Your Extension
If you meet the requirements above, email us at support@npboardpass.com with the subject line: “Pass Guarantee Request.”
Include:
- Your full name
- Email used for purchase
- Your plan type (Pro or Premium)
- The date you took your exam
- A copy of your official score report
Once verified, your account will be extended within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your new access period begins.
If You Miss the 30-Day Deadline
We understand that life as a nurse can be unpredictable.
If you miss the 30-day submission window, please contact us anyway — our team reviews late requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
